Only qualified Florida licensed 490/491 providers experienced in adoption need apply. EXCELLENT RENUMERATION: $50,000 ANNUAL BASE SALARY PLUS SUBSTANTIAL PERFORMANCE-BASED MONTHLY BONUSES! MANDATORY QUALIFICATIONS:
1) Currently licensed in Florida as a Clinical Social Worker/Psychologist/Marriage and Family Therapist/Mental Health Counselor
2) Masters Degree or above in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology or related field
3) Minimum of 5 years working with children/families in adoption, with substantial experience in international adoptions as agency works in Russia and Kazakhstan.
4) Minimum of 3 years supervisory/executive management experience in operations, board development, fiscal management and marketing of an organization
5) Must demonstrate leadership ability, a passion for excellence, able to get things accomplished, embracing challenges and opportunities, adapting well to a changing environment, and can bring out the best in a closely knit, dedicated staff.
6) Must be willing to relocate to live within 50 miles of Boca Raton, Florida
7) Must be dedicated and willing to work more than a 40 hour week KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
ҷ Responsible for the overall success of licensed adoption agency, specializing in international adoptions: strategic planning, operations, recruitment of client families, relationship with foreign consultants and adoption services providers, finances, program design and implementation, personnel recruitment, training and management.
Oversee all clinical services (e.g. home study, post placement) provided directly or by other agencies
׷ Maintain state licensure and IRS exempt status requirements
Serve as liaison with Board of Directors, coordinate board meetings
׷ Develop and implement marketing plan, including oversight, design, and purchase of marketing materials.
Market and sustain adoption services via website, presentations, public image etc.
׷ Lead, motivate, support, train and supervise professional and administrative staff.
Responsible for all aspects of operations including preparation and management of budget, accounts payable, accounts receivable, etc.
׷ Communicate with adoptive parents and ensure quality customer service
Provide client service and consultation to all prospective adoptive parents
׷ Maintain and expand significant knowledge base regarding international adoption industry
Plan and maintain innovative, efficient industry leading website
׷ Represent UAFF to the public, network agencies, potential clients, etc.
Build and maintain productive, respectful relationships with referral agencies and individuals
׷ Grow the agency in numbers of families and children served, quality of service provided, and breadth of programs
Responsible for daily operations of office and services being provided; assure highest quality service is being provided day in and out to client families
׷ Develop and revise operational systems and forms, including informational packets, contracts, record keeping, as needed
