Just so you know. Most eastern european countries do not allow photolistings. So any agency that does them deserves some extra scrutiny to make sure they are actually on the up-and-up. Some use photolistings of randome (not necessarily adoptable) kids to lure you to their agency, others go ahead and do it illegally, but since the country doesn't allow it, that child could be adopted by someone else while you are waiting for your referral... When you think about it, you realize that photolisting particular children on particular agency sites is a disservice to the children too. They need to get adopted as soon as possible. Putting a child's fate in the hands of one agency isn't a good way to do that.
Anyway, to sum up. this message is simply to communicate CAUTION to you.
