looking for birth family born 7/4/51

i am blonde and blue eyes i was rasied in nc dont know where i was born have a brother born june 23 or24 1950 mom was young at birth and could not raise me and brother alone due to our father left her so when i was born she gave use both up we were rasied up together my b-day 7/4/1951 mother has red hair and blue eyes if anyone know of us please let me know
