ISO brother DOB Dec 1968/ San Antonio

[font=Comic Sans MS]I am looking for my 1/2 brother born in San Antonio in December of 1968 (I think). I'm not really sure where to begin. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. I have no idea of the actual birthdate because my mother passed away earlier this year. Thanks. :) [/font]
