If You Are Looking For Siblings Please Post Here!!!!

I am looking for my adopted brother....My name is Julianna Clark, and my mother was Denise Peterson (married of Miglore). She was in jail in California (possibly San Bernardino county) and gave birth to a boy whose name could be Christopher Michael (unknown last) and who I believe was adopted by his fathers (possibly first name of Mike) family. I dont have much more information and would really love to find out more and hopefully be able to meet my brother if it is something he consents to. I do have my mothers birth date (04/18/1964) and death date (03/02/2004) and her old social security number (which I am assuming is of no help now that she is passed). I have been told the boy was born somewhere around late 1990s to early 2000s (1996-2004) but I do not know anything else about this. If there is any way I could be told advice to find him that would be so very greatly appreciated. I grew up with my father and never had a relationship with my mother, just knowing I have a sibling out there somewhere is exciting. Please help!! Thank you!
