Need a little more information. Like where are the parents that have custody? How old are you? A little background of whats going on would be nice.

Hi Crystal,
I'm 29 years old male. I don't know whythey didn't put their name as my parent on the paper, however they are my actual parents and i grow up with them. So now i want to set everything straight on paper, so If i somehow i die young, any stuff that i have will be given to them not to my "paper " parents. Any good advice? Thanks!
Well then it seem like your birthparents need to adopt you, not the other way around..
Go to the courthouse they can help you. My brother in law was adopted officially buy my in-laws at 28 and it was just a matter of him filling out a few papers and going in front of a judge to have it made official.
