16 and possibly pregnant

I havent had many signs of pregnancy, just that now im almost a week late. I've had some stomach pain in my stomach and my right side, and have had cramps as if i was going to start my period soon. I've slept w/my boyfriend, but it was always with a condom. I really dont know, but I just have this feeling that I'm pregnant because I feel so much different than I usually do. If I am pregnant, I dont know what I'm going to do. I'd really like someone to talk to and to get some support from.
