Anyone know what new law means for us?

Hi,

I recently heard about the new Illinois adoption agency law that will make all agencies not for profit etc (reaction to the Baby Tamika case). Does anyone know what it means for adoptive parents?

It means more accountability...Non-Profits have a stricter set of guidelines they have to follow...as most agencies are already Non-profit, it shouldn't make a difference in most instances.
