I am searching for carlos luis cruz vargas,he was born in puerto rico around 1948,came to Tennessee in early 1970s worked at fields plastic company in cleveland tn,he had a gold cap on his front tooth and spoke english very well,he lived in a small trailer rented to him by the pell family,his brother herman also lived with him.Thank YOU KATHY
