Looking for Grandfathers Family

We blieve his birthday was around sept 13.1922! it might have been in WI or CA or maybe somewhere close by one of these states. He has one picture that says on the back Father Jerome Edward Hollander 1927 age 25, Also one that says on the back Mother Rose Ann Antuccio to the best that we can read it. He was abopted somewere in the WI at 1 and half years old by the wolter family his abopted name is Jerome Wolter. His Mother seems to be very long in the picture with dark har and eyes.
