full br-no milk

Hi...To prepare for my arrival in a month or so....for the past 2 weeks have been attmpg. to get ready to br her....I've been using the manual (avent)/electric (evenflo)/messaging, appx. 12 x a day...etc (but no supps. due to my beliefs)....my probelm is my breasts are very full...but nothings coming....I have a bio and know what engorgement feels like...but it's been a while. Am I wasting my time or am I close....pls. help/advise?
