Hi everyone,
Has anyone ever heard or used this adoption attorney in the Philadelphia area? An adoption professional gave us his name and number, but wondering if anyone has used him. Feel free to PM me...

Did you get any replies to this post? We are currenlty working with an agency to adopt domestically but I am wondering if we should also work with a private attorney as well. Do you have any recommendations for attorneys?
Thanks

Hello,
Sorry...did not receive any replies to this post from October. A home study service in Media, PA gave us the name of this attorney at an adoption conference we attended in October. Good luck to you :)
Are you using this attorney or another one? I would love to hear any recommendations about anyone.
Thanks-
Ellen
Hi,
My husband and I just adopted in September (we live in Chester County, PA) and used a WONDERFUL group called The Adoption Ad Network (TAAN). They work out of the Bucks county area but can work with anyone in PA and some other states as well. We went to a seminar in mid-August and, unbelievably, our son was placed with us at the end of September. They work with a limited number of couples (12-15) and have an amazing placement timeframe. We also have friends who have worked with them.
We are also very happy with our adoption attorney named Denise Bierly who works very closely with TAAN.
They are hosting an information session on Feb. 25 in Bucks county. Please contact me and I can get you the information. We can't say enough great things about them, and our experience was just unbelieveable. I'd be happy to talk to you about it! Feel free to contact me.

We used The Adoption Ad Network (TANN) too and were so happy with them. Our daughter was born and home with us in March (only 7 mos from when we signed up with them.) I've often said that we are so blessed to have our daughter, but also feel very lucky to have gone through that journey with the group that we did. Like Kelly, I can't say enough good things about them.
They have actually asked us to speak at the seminar in Feb about our adoption experience. I love their seminars, we went to two of them before we signed up and really appreciated all the stories and info from the adoptive parents that were there. I'm so happy to be able to pass that along now.
I'd be happy to give anyone info or talk more about it. Please feel free to contact me too!
Susan
Kelly and Susan,
Could either of you please PM me also about TAAN. I would love to hear more about it. Thanks!
My apologies for not realizing that my earlier post violated the agency discussion guidelines. I guess I get carried away when talking about the group we used because we were so happy with them. Our dd was born last March, 6.5 mos after signing up with them and now we're matched again and that baby is due in 4-6 weeks. I'd be happy to discuss their program via pm if anyone is interested in knowing more.
