have a name, now what do i do?

Hi....I posted you a private message did you get it? After I had a name I was told I could go the the archives of the Kansas City Daily Record. (at library) They list births (unfortunatley you have to hunt for them, they arent anywhere near the birth date sometimes). In the births it will give the babies name or say baby girl/boy and it will list the fathers name and his employment. If you arent in the area, check with your library, they do an interloan program. It is on mircrofilm. Once you find the page the births are on......they are always on that same page.....if I remember it is the 5th page. You will get the hang of using it when you start. Also, the films are set up in half years.....so give them the year and then if you want first or last half of the year......you may want both. I was checking a feb birth and didnt find it in the first half......still waiting to find time to search the second half. Best wishes.
