Ive had a few PMҒs about what and FH is and why some of our members now have the FH acronym in front of their name, so I thought I֒d share a bit with everyone.
An FH is short for Forum Host. Each person with the FH in front of their name is responsible for hosting at least one forum here at Adoption.com based on topics that interest them.
Forum Hosts will answer questions, create polls, create interesting and thought provoking topics to discuss a few times a week as needed on their respective forum.
Forum Hosts work in tandem with FMs (Forum Moderators) who we hope to have in place in the coming weeks/months, as a sort of ғextra set of eyes. Forum Moderators (FMԒs) will be assigned to one forum or possibly category and they will be responsible for handling the moderator duties for that area.
CMs (Community Moderators, formally known as Super Moderators) will still act in the same capacity they act in now Җ moderating all over the place.
So, to recap:
FH = Forum Host: Their names will include the acronym FH, so they are easily identifiable on the forums.
FM= Forum Moderator: Their names, at some point, will include the acronym FM. You might also note, their names appear in italics both on the WhoӒs Online page as well as in their posts and on their profiles!
CM= Community Moderator: Their names will remain as is, however, CMԒs names appear as bold and purple on Whos Online as well as in their posts and profiles.
Administrators donҒt get an 2 letter acronym :( but we do get bold names in Whos Online as well as in our posts and on our profiles!
So, thatҒs it! Questions? Feel free to post them!
