We are in progress with Cherished Children International (3rd month now). We already received a referral for a beautiful baby girl last month. These folks appear to have some excellent connections in Romania and a good system for moving the process along. So far, so good!! Thanks for this information. We did select Cherished Children and are working with Susan Mercer. This will be our second Romanian adoption. We have a 2 year old son from Piatra Nemtz, he was adopted when he was a year old.
