When adoptive parent changes mind

That varies depending what state you are in. I highly suggest you search the internet and find the state laws where the adoption did or will take place. Find those laws and KNOW them well. I am in Indiana and once a bmom signs, it is irrevocable. Not all states are like that. Kim
