Selling foster kids stuff

Would I get in trouble if I sold any of my foster kids stuff the the bio's bought for them? And sent the kids back to the parents with just cloths they came in?

Yes you would get in trouble for selling the kids things. It's their stuff and you don't have any right selling their things. All of their items must go home with them....question is WHY would you want to sell their things and send them home with nothing but the clothes on their backs.

Yeah. Anything that is bought for them is theirs regardless of whether they can use it/wear it or not. I had a family that kept buying clothes that were way to big and I just kept them in a box until the kids went to a relative and sent it on with them.
