My agency has since been notified (or rather clarified) that the country is not officially open, but they are making referrals and accepting paperwork once again. Hence, it seems that they will be allowing kids out of the country in a very short time period. Sorry for any misleading info.

We have been waiting since September to go, we have had a picture and info on our baby since July, we are from N.C. and you? When they say short time, are they talking week or month? Thanks for your info. I will see what I can find out on this end

We just got a referral today (Valentine's Day!) for a baby girl (a few months old) and they (the agency) said that the country has let kids go and they are actively processing paperwork and giving out referrals... They said we could traveling in a few weeks... but there had been nothing official on Cambodia being 'reopened'! Very strange. We'll see the baby's picture tomorrow!
