Seeking Adoptee - infant abandoned 1969

I am seeking a FEMALE Adoptee. An abandoned infant was found by two boys sometime between April 12-14th 1969. Infant was cared for by the Arcadia Methodist Hospital then adopted possibly by a San Marino couple or through a San Marino adoption agency or children's home.
