My daughter got her teeth early. She turned 8 in October and by then she already had lost 11 teeth. We went to her Dentist in January and he said to get ready to lose 3-4 more. Spacing isn't a problem and teeth are below the ones she looses. That seems a lot for her age. I am not worried as much of losing the teeth as that it is a sign of her maturing early. Any one else experience this? :D

I haven't heard about it related to physical maturity. I have heard that it is related to development - ie front teeth go -> ready to read. Don't know if it is an old wives tale or what.
My daughter turned 7 in October and has lost 8 teeth, 6 are fully grown back in, the other two are showing. Most of her class is a bit behind her.

It is a rule of thumb that if children get their baby teeth early it is not uncommon for them to get their perm teeth early. I have seen 4-yr-olds get perm teeth. It doesn't mean that they are maturing early. It is just an individual thing.
Don't worry. I on the other hand have an almost 9 year old who still doesn't have fully erupted 6-yr-old molars. His time will come. All of his teeth are present. I just have to wait it out.
