Angie,On February 1, the United States House of Representatives was scheduled to take up legislation that could cut $40 billion in health care, student loans, child support enforcement, help for parents trying to move from welfare to the workforce, assistance to relatives providing foster care for abused or neglected children, and aid to people with disabilities. If we want action we all need to contact our Congressmen and let them know how much more this will hurt our children. To date, I have not heard if they have made any cuts yet. Hope this answers your question.
