I am ISO my birthmother and have not been able to get ANY information at all. I was born in 1969. This really makes it extremely difficult for us to do a search.

My husbands adoption was also handled by catholic charity, and when trying to find info on his birthparents,i was told they had a fire all was destroyed.this supposed fire took place in bellingham wa. what year they werent sure. my husbands DOB is also 1967. jan 1st .coincidence? was yours a sealed adoption.

This is a long shot, there maybe some information taken from the court records at the time of the final adoption.It may be that you could get some info from the court records. If there is information in those records, it will be what activities the court did at that hearing. There will probably be very little personal information, but it may provide names. I wish you the best.
