Also, what is a "CI"? I remember my parents told me that their adoption caseworker person was named Elaine (I think), and I've seen other people refer to a "CI named Elaine".

Do you know where you were orig. adopted from? i am looking for my brother who was born in July 1983 he was from Cookson Hills in Oklahoma
