You didn't say what state you live in. In Alabama Drew Whitmire is the KING of adoption placements. I think he works other states as well - but I'm not sure.

Both are based in Los Angeles, we worked with John, and he handles a lot of work for clients who are based in Canada. He and his partner Ronald Kram were great, very smooth, kind experience.
