Looking for my birth mother

I received my Non-ID info and this is what I found out.... I was born at 3:37 pm on May 19, 1971 at Providence Hospital in Southfield. My birth first name was "Chad." Also, according to the non-id info, my birth mother terminated parental rights on June 8, 1971. Non-id info also stated my mother was 17 when I was born and had light brown hair and blue eyes. She was 5' 4 1/2" tall and 128 lbs. She was Roman Catholic and had German, Polish and Scottish ancestry. Birth father was 18 when I was born and had brown hair and brown eyes. He was 5' 9" tall and weighed 160 lbs. He was Lutheran and had German and Russian ancestry. I thought this posting would help me in the hope that maybe anyone from my birth family, or someone who knows any of them will see this. She (or birth family) has a son willing to make a connection, but I know it can't be on my terms. If anyone does know her/them and you were willing to pass this info along, that would be great. :thanks:
