Dear Val, What you are looking for is possible domestically, with the exception of a full termination of birth parents rights prior to placement in your home as babies are generally dischargedfrom hospital @ 48 hours and rights cannot be terminated in this state prior to 72 hours. Every domestic agency in NJ offers some type of regular information session every month or so. To get a list of approved, fully licensed agencies, contact the Office of Licensing in Trenton. You can e-mail me @ adoption1@optonline.net if you have any more questions. Good luck to you. Christine
