I am really upset that it's come to this - but I feel I am being left with no other choice.
This message serves as the ONE and ONLY warning given to members regarding the topic of the GLBT Forum which was removed from the site on Monday.
An explination has been given as to why the forum was removed - it may not be one we are happy with, but it is the only one we've been given regarding this change.
If you want to voice your frustration and advocate for change here on the forums, please send an email to admin@familyforums.com and I will make sure your messages reach the right person. As it is, this continued attack on the forums is doing nothing more than making more work for the moderators (and me) - and it is NOT having any impact on the person who made the decision to remove the forum in the first place. In a sense, you are taking away the time that we could be spending advocating for you - because we are spending so much time dealing with the members who aren't following our rules.
The rules state clearly, the discussion of CLOSED TOPICS is not allowed - if anyone violates this rule from this point out, they will be subject to moderation action.
Again, I really hate to do this - but I feel that I am being left with no choice!
