Looking for my Birthfather

I am looking for my birthfather. I was born in Titus County Texas. I know that my birthfathers name is Tommy Eugene Maxwell and he is approx. 62 years old. From what I have found out so far is that he lives in Dallas Texas. I am at a stand still .I would love to be able to find a address to write him or even a phone number maybe to call. Anyone know how I could get more information about my birthfather??
