My name is Lois Ritner and I have an older brother named Mark and a younger brother named Jeffrey. In approximately 1950, my younger brother Jeffrey was adopted by a family in either Virginia or West Virginia. I'm not sure that Jeffrey is even still his name. I found out from NY state files that I had 2 siblings, gender unknown. Thought it might be worth contacting you in case you were wrong about Jeffery going to Virginia or West V. I was told as a kid my name had been one that seems now to have been a complete fabrication. They picked a woman who died the day after I was born and said she was my mother. She was not.
