Does the I 171-H copy

Does the I 171-H copy have to be notarized, State certified, authenticated, etc????? My agency never told me anything???

The copy for what? Your dossier? Our dossier didn't need an I171H--we just made a regular ole copy for our agency. So this is definitely a question for your agency!
