dallas grl looking for birthparents

I am looking for any information about my birthparents. The only information I know is that I was born in a dallas ostopathic hospital in oakcliff that is nolonger around. someone once told me that if I had the record number from my birth certifcate that they may have my birth mothers name. At the time I didn't have a copy of my birth certifcate but have now finally got it. If someone can please help me with this I really would appreciate it. It is important to me so I can get my medical history cause there are so medical issue that I have that may be heritary and I may have passes them on to my daughter that I gave up for adoption myself.
