I have had temporary custody of a baby since the day of birth and it has been one year. A dna test was done in which we had to pay for when the baby was about 11 months old. The biological father knew of this baby since the birth mom's pregnancy. He has contested the adoption..then has wavered on his decision time and time again saying he would sign off, saying he would do open adoption and now once again saying he wants custody. This has been ongoing for one year now...has anyone been in this situation. We are from Maryland. Please any help would be apprecaited.
