Process while Bmom is still pregnant help

Hey everyone!This is my very first time posting. A cousin of mine recently discovered that she is pregnant. Well, because she is going through a divorce and just starting college (basically in a bad place right now) she asked me and my husband to adopt her unborn child. Of course we said YES! Anyway, I am curious as to what we can do (legally) at this point. Because she is going through a divorce, is it possible for us to get her covered under tricare for her prenatal and labor care? We have never adopted before and are so confused to the process. Help PLEASE! Responses in forum of email would be greatly appreciated.God Bless!
