Searching for Brothers - adopted 1960s, Austin Texas

I'm searching for my 2 brothers. My mom gave birth in the 60s to 1 son in January or March and the other about a year later in January or March. They were adopted by the same family from the Home of the Holy Infancy in Austin on 26th Street. Birth father is from Dallas and was about the same age as my Mom. Mom was also from Dallas. Do you know the specific year? I have access to the Texas Birth Index from 1903-1997. If you know the years of birth then I could possible find two last names that match in the months you listed a year apart.
