looking for birth mother christine patricia caswell

hello,i am trying to locate my birthmother chistine patricia caswell, who i believe is from middlesbrough, i was born on the 9th of february 1968 at hopedene elswick road newcastle, my birth name is marc andrew caswell, i did not know i was adopted untill i was 32 when i applied for a copy of my birth certificate, so now after 6 years of thinking its time for doing, so any help will be greatfully recieved also any info on hopedene or from other adoptees who may have been born there will be welcome too. thankyou
