I am looking for my birth mother. I was born in south Fl on Nov. 4th 1987. As far as I can tell, I believe that my parents were married, but I could be wrong. I believe that the agency that handled it all was called shephard care.

I'm helping my sister in law find her sister. Her sister was born on 11-4-1987 in lakeland,fl and the birth parents are Georgia Ann Wagner and Kevin Brian Wagner and as far as i know she dosnt know the agency
