Japanese couple who want adopt a child from Europe or Americas

Check with your country's immigration department or Dept of Foreign affairs on what the laws are there regarding international adoption. Also check if there are stipulations on Hague and non-Hague countries that you can adopt from. Hope that is a start for you Caroline

In adoption.com there are some kids I would like to inquire about, however in the inquiry form there is no section where I can write about my country but there is only a list of U.S. states. I donҒt know where should I ask about this in detail.[/font]
