Adopted parents used a private lawyer for this adoption. Birth mother may have been friends to a woman who worked for this lawyer or a freind of this lawyer. My adopted dad has said he thinks her name may have been in the Deb, Debbie, Debra etc, and her last name he thinks may be simular to O'conner, O'connell, etc.
Birth certificate was finally issued to them on March 1965.
Looking for either birth parent, sibling, relatives.
