I am 28 years old, when I was about, mmmm maybe 6 yrs old or so my grandmother gave me this cassette tape that basically taught the child a variety of things, the months of the year (hebrew calendar) the Jewish Holidays and what months they were in, how to count to 10 in hebrew, stuff like that. All I can remember about the narrator is that he was probably in his 30's or 40's and he was always talking to and teaching this "creature" who seemed to get distracted easily and make jokes. the creature sounded like if you talk in front of a fan, but high pitched. I also remember that the narrator always offered potato kougal as a reward if the creature could do whatever it was he was asked, like name the months of the year. Does anyone have any idea what i'm talking about?? Please help!! thanks!!
Unfortunately, I'm not sure what you're talking about. However, the internet is a good resource, and I'd try emailing the major Jewish publishing houses and educational material clearing houses. Let me know if you need contact information for them.
