Medical Evaluation checklist

Does anyone have checklist of things to observe when visiting child on first trip. Looking for developmental list for child around 10-12 months. Growth charts, etc.

We used IA docs out of Seattle that have a wonderful website with all sorts of articles and developmental milestones and charts to compare on trip 1. I'll PM you the website. We printed a ton of stuff off and took it along as plane and train reading.

Our IA docs at Texas Childrens sent us a huge packet of info as well.....and I am sure a web search will find you plenty..

But if you can't find anything, i would be glad to look through some of my stuff for you...our Hannah was 11mo when we brought her home.

I have a bunch of things at home someplace, and can send them to you if you still haven't located anything. I took a list of questions for care givers, growth charts (US and Russian), and three different developmental milestone lists.
