ISO relatives with last name LaCour

I am searching for my birth mother or relatives. I was born on July 25, 1962 in Providence Hospital in Detroit, Michigan. I was adopted through Catholic Social Services. At birth, I was named Monica Denise LaCour. My mother was approximately 17 years of age at the time of my birth. I understand that I have a sister who is about a year older than I. At the time of my birth, my mother had a brother who was approximately 7 or 8 years old and no other siblings. I am currently 44 years old, with two daughters of my own - ages 17 and 20. I also have a granddaughter who is 5 months old.I would love to at least speak to my mother or relatives regarding any possible medical history. I would also like to at know if I have any other brothers and sisters. For my birth mother, I hope you will be glad to know that I was raised in a very caring, loving and supportive environment. I put my consent on file in East Lansing over 26 years ago in the event you or any of my relatives ever wanted to contact or meet me. I am not seeking anything from you...just the opportunity to at least speak with you. I have no hard feelings whatsoever towards you or my father. I understand that sometimes a person has to do what is best for them at the time. So, PLEASE if you find it in your heart, please respond to this posting. I would love to hear from you and learn about my ancestry and roots.
