looking for 1/2 sisters

My older sister Tracy and I (Tonia) were adopted when we were 4& 6, we are biological sisters, after I turned 18 we found our biological dad and his parents and that side of the family, after I was 21 we found our biological mom and found out that we have 2 younger half sisters, all we know is that their names are Kelly and Kimmy, I was born in 1973 so Kelly would have been born in 1974 or 1975 and Kimmy would have been born in 1975 or 1976, they were also both adopted out but seperatly, our mom said the last she had heard Kimmy had been adopted by Leonard and Roxanne Smith from Chicago, their biological dad's name was I believe Frank Naggo and our biological mom's maiden name was Carol Neizgocki (pronounced Nez-gus-ski) if anyone knows them please answer I have been looking for the last 12 years for more information about them.
