Looking for son adopted at Tachikawa AFB 1-6-64/1-7-64

I am looking for a my son who was born in Tachikawa AFB I was a young girl and was not given any chance nor allowed any say to the adoption of my son.I truly never even realized what was happening till it was to late.I was living in Misawa AFB with my parents and when I became pregnant with child from a young man named Raymond, they shipped me to Tachikawa AFB to stay with a Base Chaplin and his wife.I truly believe it was Jan 6th but might be Jan 7th.I know the name Robert Zarra or Robert Zarraw was on some papers I signed .If you were born overseas at that time and you were adopted would you try to talk to me?I can be reached at lubadub@peoplepc.com thank you
