I am looking for a child whose given name at birth was Chasity Nicole Roark. All I know is that she was born between December 13-18. I was told that she was born in NC and adopted in SC. Not sure if this information is accurate but I was told the adopted father/mother was a coach or a music teacher. I have looked and looked and haven't been able to locate her.
