I was born to Linda Jean Budlong of Maine. Im searching for my b/f Howard Clyde Aiken Jr, then of Pennsylvania. Any info would be appreciated.

Hi Taz,
Your b/f will need to contact the children's court in the county he was born in to get his non-id and to get the ball rollin' on his search as Pa. has a closed system and the only way to get info is from the court.
