Hi, I am the new moderator for this forum so I thought I would introduce myself to you.
I am a a birth mother who is about a year into reunion with my bson. His adoption was a closed one that took place my senior year in college. I married after graduation and have two children with my husband who are now 28 and 30. I have 9 grandchildren (I keep losing count) who are an interesting combination of your, mine, and ours!
I am also a Lutheran pastor of two (very) small congregations in southwestern PA. (I promise not to preach... too much! LOL) Please feel free to PM or IM me anytime!

Actually, few of us like being preached at whether we're Christian or not!
It seems to me that the purpose of these forums are to exchange information, learn about each other and the other sides of the "triad" and support each other (even if we don't agree!)

I live in Jennerstown, PA, on US Rt. 30 (the Lincoln Highway); about 80 miles east of Pittsburgh. The congregations I serve are in "open field" settings, not in town. The county is Somerset Co.
