Kwein or anyone else waiting on a referral, I was wondering if you had heard any updates. I am kind of out of the loop now. I keep Bulgaria in my prayers that those beautiful children get placed soon.

Hi everyone,
also we are living in Germany, I thought you might like to get this information. We (all waiting couples) had a meeting with our agency last monday, our lawyer from bulgaria was there too. What maybe is important to all waiting couples world-wide is the news that there was not meeting of the ministery of justice for international adoption from May untill September. They will start again this month.
I'll keep my fingers crossed for all of us!!

It will be 2 yrs this Dec since being registered in BG for our 2nd adoption and we have not heard anything, nor does our agent seem to have any info. We are in Ontario, Canada and this fourm is our best source of info. Thank You. Best wishes to all.
