I think this would be a good place to share information about North Haven, what is now Hillside Children's Center. My mom, Patricia (Tate) Tucker, stayed there and gave birth to a black male on May 9, 1961. She named him Lee Scott Tate. We are now searching for him. He was born at the nearby Northside Hospital (now Rochester General Hospital). Hillside gave my mom the DOB b/c she had blocked it out. I understand there is now a support group that meets there once a month. Please share any stories about North Haven/Hillside Children's here. And, of course, any help with our search is appreciated.
