agencies

hi! i've been lurking here for over a year, now. DH and I have always wanted to adopt and i really would like to adopt from bulgaria. we have a 1 year old DD and would like there to be at least a year difference in age (with her being the elder). given that the process appears to be relatively long, we figure we may as well begin collecting information now. we are looking for recommendations for really good agencies. we live in central NY state, but obviously do not care where the agency is located. please feel free to pm me.
