I am asking for mercy. Is there anyone I can talk to in this state that is or has gone through this??? I need someone to talk to that has dealt with RI. I open my mail everyday with frustration:grr: One dead end after another! I have been digging to no avail. I have been through the passive registry,the Historical society and public records.Untill I'm 50 there no acsess to public records available. Maybe you've tried something that I hav'nt and vs. I can be contated at liadevaia@yahoo.com. If we all get together we maybe we can beat the laws in this state. Debbie
